CORE 3.1.2 Update

Today we released an update to the WysiwygPro 3 CORE script. Version 3.1.2 is a bug fix/maintenance release.
If you received a copy of this update to resolve a support issue prior to 25 May please download the official release. The version you would have received does not contain all the bug fixes and new features of the final version.
New Features
- Support for more characters in file and folder names
- Added a new JavaScript API method getSubmitValue that works the same as getValue but runs the result through any submit filters
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the spell checker would sometimes return broken html code
- Fixed an issue where version 2 compatibility mode would not run
- Fixed an issue where files could not be uploaded in Safari
- Fixed an issue with parsing php code that contained a closing comment tag (-->)
- Fixed an issue where attribute values such as "The selected product" would be changed to "The selected="selected" product"
- Increased default memory_limit settings inline with PHP 5 defaults
- Fixed an issue where _wpro_* attributes would be left in the source html
- Fixed an issue where jsBookmarkLinks did not function correctly
- Fixed an issue where using wproUtilities::removeTags to remove short tags such as <u> would also remove longer tags that begin the same such as <ul>
- Fixed a JavaScript error with embedding media files when the JSEmbed plugin is enabled.
- Fixed an issue in IE where the valign attribute would be set to center instead of middle
- Fixed an issue where conditional comment tags and their contents were deleted in IE
- Fixed an issue where downlevel revealed conditional tags would be changed into standard comment tags in Firefox
